Sometimes They Surprise Me
Hand-carved turquoise, pearl , 18k gold, & silver ring
It was an honor to make this pearl and carved turquoise ring, because I feel like I am just the hands that Spirit uses to create beauty. Sometimes I just step back and allow the Creation process to Flow as was the case with this ring.
Every now and then, however, I am surprised when a piece is complete like I was with this ring. Whenever I watch the project video for this piece, I just see a beautiful eye of something looking back at me, which is deeper than myself. I always feel joy whenever this video ends, because it helps me to focus on the positive: This ring celebrates our Inner Eye/3rd Eye.
I hope that this ring brings insight and joy to whomever it belongs.
